12. Carlow/Kilkenny – Ireland’s Longest Bridge – 6km SW of New Ross 52.3603678° -6.9975707°
We started out on the bikes in bright warm sunshine – a glorious day!
The sky turned grey. It rained. It got cold. We turned back for home.
We parked the bikes up, put the kettle on, had a cup of tea, and decided we’d stay home.
And the sun came out. So we changed our minds.
We got geared up again, got on the bikes, drove out the road, and….typical…. the rain fell again.
And we kept going! And, it was flipping freezing, but we got in this photo point and the Wexford one.
